Common questions
Does it work with Android?
Yes — all Android phones from Android 4.4 onwards have NFC. Most have it enabled by default. iPhone 7 and above also support NFC tapping.
Where do I put it?
Counter, table, reception desk, van dashboard, tool box, salon mirror — anywhere a customer has a natural pause. Eye level gets the most taps. The adhesive backing holds it permanently; it can also sit in a card holder or frame.
What if I change my Google listing?
Log into your Reviewtail dashboard, go to Review Sources, find the plate's linked source, and update the Google Business connection. The plate itself never changes — just the link it points to.
Can I order for multiple locations?
Yes — each plate has a unique 6-character code and gets linked to its own location and QR source separately. Order the pack size you need and activate each one individually.
